-The collection's repertoire of large slabs features designs inspired by two distinct sources: on the one hand, the noble, always surprising veined texture of certain metamorphic rocks, and on the other, the refined chromatic fields of marmorino. These two materials, albeit in different ways, refer to the historical Italian culture of building. The geometry of a round arch is then used to trace hypotheses for combining the two decorations within the same ceramic, which takes on the appearance of a marvelous inlaid area to be juxtaposed with other similar ones to generate a rich theory of figurative textures and possible two-dimensional designs, each characterized by a specific visual impact.
