Door leaf structure (hollow core): 50 mm solid wood perimeter frame (finger-joint) for stability; honeycomb core made of 100% recycled kraft paper; outer skins in 8 mm MDF suitable for pantographing.

Edges and rebates: IPER4BOARD in ABS 10/10 lacquered on all 4 sides, slightly rounded edge for protection against impacts and rising damp.
