Hand-lacquered door leaf: a cycle of 3 coats of lacquer with a matte finish of 10±5 gloss for colour uniformity and resistance; surfaces suitable for decorative work.

Pantographed decoration: classic panels with moulded frames and raised panels created by pantograph, defined profiles, and controlled depth for an elegant and timeless effect.

Door leaf structure (hollow core): perimeter frame in 50 mm solid wood (finger-joint) for stability; honeycomb core in 100% recycled kraft paper; outer skins in 8 mm MDF suitable for pantographing.

Perimeter edges: IPER4BOARD in 10/10 ABS lacquered on all 4 sides, slightly rounded edge for protection against impacts and rising damp.

Frames and architraves: TR/L8 as standard; optional TKT L9/P85 (flush on pull side) and TKS L9/P100 (reverse push). MDF components with IDRO, CARB, FSC® standards.
