Hand-lacquered door leaf: 3-coat lacquering cycle with a matte finish of 10±5 gloss for color uniformity and resistance; surfaces suitable for decorative work.

Pantographed decoration: classic panels with molded frames and raised panels created by pantograph, defined profiles and controlled depth for an elegant and timeless effect.

Door leaf structure (hollow core): perimeter frame in solid wood 50 mm (finger-joint) for stability; honeycomb core in 100% recycled kraft paper; outer skins in 8 mm MDF suitable for pantographing.

Perimeter edges: IPER4BOARD in ABS 10/10 lacquered on 4 sides, slightly rounded edge for protection against impact and rising damp.

Frames and architraves: TR/L8 as standard; optional TKT L9/P85 (flush on pull side) and TKS L9/P100 (reverse push). MDF components with IDRO, CARB, FSC® standards.
