The hollow-core structure, lightweight and stable, uses certified materials to guarantee quality and sustainability. Matte lacquered leaf: cycle with 3 coats of paint and 10±5 gloss finish; "V" incision (≈5 mm) with nature-inspired designs.

Leaf structure (hollow-core): 50 mm finger-joint solid wood perimeter frame; 100% recycled kraft paper honeycomb interior; 8 mm MDF outer skins suitable for pantographing.

Protective edges: IPER4BOARD in 10/10 ABS lacquered on all 4 sides, increased protection from impacts and rising damp.

Frames and architraves: TR/L8 as standard; optional TKT L9/P85 (flush with pull side) and TKS L9/P100 (reverse push); MDF elements IDRO, CARB, FSC®.

Hardware: 3 concealed hinges adjustable on 3 axes; magnetic lock with anti-noise latch and adjustable strike plate; unified Bertolotto key.
