The lightweight and stable hollow-core structure uses certified materials to guarantee quality and sustainability. Extensive customization options are available: BP Colors palette and RAL/NCS shades, standard and custom sizes, and coordinated frames and architraves. Leaf structure (hollow-core): 50 mm finger-joint solid wood perimeter frame; 100% recycled kraft paper honeycomb interior; 8 mm MDF outer skins suitable for pantographing.

Protective edges: IPER4BOARD in 10/10 ABS lacquered on all 4 sides, providing greater protection against impacts and rising damp.

Frames and architraves: TR/L8 as standard; optional TKT L9/P85 (pull-side flush) and TKS L9/P100 (push-side reverse); IDRO, CARB, FSC® MDF elements.
