Bertolotto Internal Door – CL V

The CLV collection combines the elegance of a hand-lacquered door with the brightness of a vertical glass insert: a 230 mm strip of 8 mm tempered glass (standard Extra-Clear Frosted, optional Bronze/Grey or with double-sided mirrors) that lightens rooms and enhances clean, modern lines. The door leaf features a "big" hollow core structure with a 50 mm frame in solid finger-jointed wood, a 100% recycled kraft paper honeycomb core, and 5 mm MDF skins (IDRO, CARB, FSC®), edged on 4 sides with IPER4BOARD ABS 10/10. Standard features include 3 concealed hinges and a magnetic lock; TR/L8 frames or, upon request, TKT L9/P85 and TKS L9/P100; low-impact water-based lacquers.

Technical Specifications – CLV

  • Lacquered leaf + vertical glass insert: smooth, hand-lacquered panel with a flush-integrated 230 mm glass strip.
  • Standard glass: 8 mm tempered safety glass (UNI EN 12150-1) in Extra-Clear Frosted finish; upon request Grey or Bronze (transparent/frosted) and double-sided mirrors.
  • Door leaf structure ("big" hollow core): 50 mm finger-jointed solid wood perimeter frame; honeycomb core in 100% recycled kraft paper; 5 mm MDF skins certified IDRO, CARB, FSC®.
  • Perimeter edges: IPER4BOARD in ABS 10/10 lacquered on all 4 sides, slightly rounded profile, protection from impacts and rising damp.
  • Painting: multi-layer water-based cycle with intermediate sanding for a homogeneous, opaque, and easily maintainable surface.
  • Standard hardware: 3 concealed hinges adjustable on 3 axes; magnetic lock with silenced latch and adjustable strike plate.
  • Frames and architraves: standard TR/L8; optional TKT L9/P85 (flush on pull side) and TKS L9/P100 (reverse push), in IDRO, CARB, FSC® MDF.
  • Standard dimensions: widths 600–900 mm; heights 2000/2100 mm; custom sizes upon request. Glass positioning right/left according to door swing.
  • Color finishes: BP Colors palette; RAL/NCS upon request. Can be coordinated with skirting boards and boiseries.
  • Opening systems: swing, sliding pocket/external wall, and flush-to-wall, with dedicated accessories for the panel with glass insert.

Performance, Tests and Compliance (Bertolotto lacquered)

  • Emissions and sustainability: FSC®, CARB/EPA certified materials; low-impact water-based paints; VOC programs for indoor air quality.
  • Resistance to cold liquids (UNI EN 12720:2011, lacquered leaf): class 5 for water, detergent, saline solution; excellent resistance to 48% ethyl alcohol and common beverages.
  • Heat resistance dry/wet (UNI EN 12721:2009); scratch resistance (UNI EN 15185) and impact resistance (UNI EN 15186) tested for domestic use.
  • Mechanical durability: cycle of 200,000 openings/closings on finished door.
  • Acoustic insulation: upon request 29 dB package with NO-SOUND automatic threshold and dedicated seals.
