Bertolotto Internal Door – CL LUCIDO
The CL Lucido collection by Bertolotto is a smooth hand-lacquered door with a high-gloss mirror finish, ideal for modern interiors seeking light, depth, and formal cleanliness. The leaf, built with a "big" hollow core structure, ensures stability and lightness, while the IPER4BOARD ABS 10/10 edges protect against humidity and refine the profile. Concealed hinges and a magnetic lock are standard for smooth and silent closing; coordinated frames and architraves complete the minimalist aesthetic. Extensive chromatic customization is available with BP Colors and, upon request, RAL/NCS; swing, sliding, and flush-to-wall systems are available. CL Lucido combines essential design, brilliance, and Made in Italy quality.

Glossy lacquered leaf: multi-layer process with intermediate sanding and a mirror finish done by hand for high flatness and depth; uniform and easy-to-clean surface.

Leaf structure (hollow core): perimeter frame in 50 mm solid wood (finger-joint); honeycomb core made of recycled kraft paper; high-density MDF skins certified IDRO, CARB, FSC®.

Edges and rebates: IPER4BOARD in ABS 10/10 lacquered on all 4 sides, slightly rounded profile, protection from impacts and rising humidity.

Painting: water-based lacquers with low impact, with a final polishing process to achieve brilliance and aesthetic stability over time.

Frames and architraves: TR/L8 as standard; optional TKT L9/P85 (flush-fitting on pull side) and TKS L9/P100 (reverse push). Components in MDF IDRO, CARB, FSC®.

Standard hardware: 3 concealed hinges adjustable on 3 axes; magnetic lock with silenced latch and adjustable strike plate; unified Bertolotto key.
